Tiah Brooks First American Title Scholarship
Established – 04/16/2020  Tiah Brooks passed too young at 57. She was survived by her Husband Mark Brooks and 3 children. Tiah was a valued member of the Southern Nevada CCIM Chapter. Always in attendance at our events and helping on committees to make the Southern Nevada CCIM Chapter successful. She spent over 25 years of her career with First American Title Insurance and received numerous accolades for revenue, leadership and teamwork. Andy Hantges CCIM Memorial Scholarship
Established – 10/26/2016  Andy Hantges, CCIM, was a 15-year veteran of the Las Vegas commercial real estate and finance industry and was a member of the Southern Nevada CCIM Chapter’s board of directors for 6 years. During this time he served as the membership chair. Over his career, Mr. Hantges was successful in closing over $500 million in transactions. Mr. Hantges was also the youngest unrestricted gaming license recipient in Las Vegas history. Mr. Hantges left an indelible mark on the chapter and community. Soozi Jones Walker CCIM Scholarship
Established – 05/29/2012  Soozi Jones Walker, CCIM, of Las Vegas, Nevada, has been working in commercial real estate since 1979 and is the Broker/Owner of Commercial Executives. She attained the CCIM designation in 1991 and became a CCIM instructor in 2002. Soozi served as a Real Estate Commissioner for the Nevada Real Estate Division from 2007 to 2010, and as President of the Southern Nevada CCIM Chapter for three different terms.
