Wayne D’Amico is President and Principal of Property Politics, a commercial real estate advisory firm based in Essex, CT. D’Amico served as President CCIM Institute in 2013 and was a member of the 2003 Charter Class of the Jay W. Levine Leadership Development Academy. He was president of the Connecticut CCIM Chapter in 2002, Region 11 Regional Vice President in 2004 and was a founding director of the New York City Metro CCIM Chapter formed in 2008.

 Stan Gniazdowski, CCIM, is president of Realty Concepts, Inc. a Guilford Connecticut based International Real Estate Consulting and Advisory Group, which he founded in 1984. He is a senior instructor for the CCIM Institute. He is a past president of the Connecticut CCIM Chapter and past member of the board of directors of both the CCIM Institute and The CCIM Institute Foundation. Carl Russell, CCIM, is a specialist in investment analysis and offers his clients more than forty-two years of experience in the field of real estate. He received a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University and an M.B.A. in International Trade and Finance from Lehigh University. Carl is a senior instructor for the CCIM Institute He is a past president of the Connecticut CCIM Chapter.
